Per G. Braathen – Chairman of the Board
Owner of Braganza AS and Chairman since 1992. Braathen holds an MBA and has extensive experience from aviation and the travel/leisure business as former CEO/Chairman of several tour operators among them Saga Solreiser in Norway, Always in Sweden and Tjæreborg in Denmark, Norway and Finland.
Braathen is Chairman/Board member of a number of Braganza’s wholly or majority owned core portfolio companies:Braathens Aviation, Malmö Aviation, Transwede, SunHotels, Arken ZOO, Europareiser, Escape and Braathens Ltd. In addition, Braathen is a non executive Board director of Ticket Travel Group AB and a non executive Board member of Scandic Hotels AB. He is also an Industrial advisor to EQT.

Lars A. Christensen - Board member
Partner at Wikborg, Rein & Co from 1973. Currently Chairman of the listed company AF Gruppen ASA and Venturos Holding AS. Former Chairman of Aker RGI ASA and Braathens ASA.Cand.jur. Oslo University 1965.

Björn Fröling - Board member
Currently Chairman of E. Öhman J:or Fondkommission AB and of E. Öhman J:or AB, Inmet Sweden Holding AB, Nike Hydraulics AB, Parkerhouse Investments BV and others. Managing Director Lazard 1998-2000. Vagn Ove Sørensen – Board member
Held various positions in SAS during 1984-2001, resigning as Executive Vice President & Deputy CEO. Chief Excecutive Officer of Austrian Airlines 2001-2006. Today, Sørensen is the Chairman of Scandic Hotels AB, BTX Group A/S, Select Service Partner Ltd. and Holdingselskabet af 24. februar 2006 A/S. Deputy Chairman to the boards of TDC A/S, DFDS A/S and ST Global AG. Sørensen is also a Board member of EForce A/S, Scandinavian International Management Institute Fonden, FormueEvolution I+II and Air Canada. Cand.merc. Residence Copenhagen.
